In short
- Orders by WhatsApp text, voice note and phone call, in Urdu and English.
- Prices come from your live menu, so the bot cannot quote a wrong price.
- Picks the right branch, sends the order to the kitchen and the till, and confirms to the customer.
- Managers watch every branch live on one dashboard.
This is running today
We built this for a restaurant chain in Pakistan with several branches. The AI takes orders by text, voice note and phone call, picks the right branch, sends the order to the kitchen and the till, and managers watch every branch live. We learned a lot doing it, and every lesson is built in.
The hard parts we already solved
- "2 plate biryani, 1 raita, aur ek coke" — mixed Urdu-English orders, read correctly.
- Voice notes — common for food orders, turned into the right items.
- Changes mid-order — "raita hata do", "1 aur add karo", "cancel karo".
- Deals and add-ons — deals priced as deals, extras priced as extras, from your real menu.
- Branch and delivery area — which branch delivers where, and branch timings.
- Pickup vs delivery — and address collection only when needed.
- Kitchen and till — the order goes in once, to the right place, never twice.
Why restaurants lose WhatsApp orders today
Peak time is when the most messages arrive and the fewest staff are free to answer. A customer who waits 10 minutes for a reply orders from someone else. The bot answers in seconds, at 8pm on a Friday the same as at 3am.
Add phone orders too
Many restaurant customers still call. An AI voice agent takes the same orders by phone, so you never miss a call during the rush.
Price
One-time setup, then a monthly fee for care and improvements. WhatsApp ordering is our Front Desk package; add phone orders with Full Shift. Every restaurant is quoted after a short free call, because menus, branches and POS setups differ.
