In short
- An AI replies first on WhatsApp: menu, orders, timings, location.
- Every chat lands in one team inbox. Staff jump in with one tap.
- Every person who messages is saved as a customer, with their orders and favourite dish.
- 314 customers saved so far, 150 of them new in the last 30 days.
The problem
- One phone, many staff. Nobody knew who had replied to whom.
- Customer numbers were lost in the chat list. No way to send an offer to past customers.
- Staff answered the same five questions all day: menu, price, timings, location, delivery.
- When a dish ran out, customers still ordered it.
What we built
- A WhatsApp bot that answers questions, shares the menu and takes orders in Urdu and English, including voice notes.
- A team inbox in the browser and on the phone. Unread, ordered and business chats in separate tabs. Notes and tags on each chat.
- A customer list that builds itself. Name, number, orders, money spent and favourite dish, all from the chats.
- Menu switches. Staff turn a dish off from their phone and the bot stops offering it at once. Prices change the same way.
- An owner overview. Today's orders, messages, top dishes and the latest order, at a glance.

| Staff guessing who replied | One inbox, every reply shows who sent it |
| Sold-out dishes still ordered | One tap turns a dish off for the bot |
Why owners like this one
The customer list is an asset the restaurant owns. It is the base for offers, festival menus and "we miss you" messages to people who stopped ordering, without buying ads.
